DIABETES & AYURVEDA - I
Certain foods can make a difference

Direct and indirect expenditures attributable to diabetes were estimated at $132 billion in the US in 2002. That’s alarming. While lifestyle changes may be more difficult to make and adhere to than taking a pill, experts say that making the transition to a healthy diet and regular exercise is the key. And that is, directly or indirectly, back to Ayurveda! Here is what is good for you in case you are a diabetic.
